Hog Farm Foods

A New Mexico commune known as the Hog Farm was hired to provide catering and they set up the Hog Farm Free Kitchen. They ordered bushels of brown rice and hundreds of thousands of plates, silverware and thousands of cups. They fed anywhere from 160,000 to 190,000 people during the festival serving 5,000 people at a time.
